A particularly precise and careful production often only reveals itself to people when in use. Such products meet expectations that the buyer did not even know he/she had. For example, all kitchen knives look similar. Nevertheless, in use, there are huge differences in sharpness, balancedness, feel and longevity. The quality becomes an experience. In the case of products where either craftsmanship is used again or entirely new manufacturing processes are implemented, the special quality of the manufacturing process often reveals itself to the layman. However, such quality also has its price: the last ten per cent increase in quality can double the production costs.
