With the exhibition "World's Best Communication Design 2023 and Highlights from NRW", the Red Dot Design Museum in Essen is showing works from the field of communication design from more than 20 countries from 12 April to 26 May 2024. From books, commercials and posters to apps and websites, visitors to the exhibition will experience the various facets of outstanding communication design. All of the works presented in the exhibition were honoured with the Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design 2023.

The vernissage will take place on 11 April from 7 p.m. (admission from 6.30 p.m.) at the Red Dot Design Museum. Interested parties are invited to register for the exhibition opening at www.red-dot-design-museum.org.

Surprising encounters: decentralised exhibition throughout the museum
A special feature of the exhibition is that it is not located at a central point in the museum. Instead, visitors encounter the communication design works at various points on their tour of the museum. One focus of the exhibition presentation can be found on level 1, another on level 4.

Vernissage of the exhibition on 11 April 2024
The vernissage will take place on 11 April from 7 p.m. (admission from 6.30 p.m.) at the Red Dot Design Museum. Professor Dr Peter Zec, initiator and CEO of the Red Dot Design Award, will open the exhibition and present a selection of the winning entries. Registration for the event is possible on the museum website (www.red-dot-design-museum.de). Participation is free of charge.

Tuesdays – Sundays & public holidays: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last admittance: 5 p.m.)
Mondays: closed (except on public holidays and during school holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia)
Entrance fee: 9 euros (reduced rate: 4 euros)
Children under the age of 12: free
Fridays: Pay what you want
