Very special guests have settled down on the roof of a boiler in the Red Dot Design Museum: “Spacewalkers” by Belgian manufacturer Dark NV. The lamps, which were awarded the Red Dot: Best of the Best in 2009, bathe the impressive industrial architecture of the Red Dot Design Museum in mysterious light.

While some of the glowing creatures are standing on the roof of the boiler, others are hanging from the ceiling as if weightless, thus creating a truly “extraterrestrial” atmosphere. The outstanding lamps combine geometric elements with organic forms and can be used in- as well as outdoors.
