From 30 January until 5 February 2016, visitors discover the exhibition „15 – A review of the year’s events in posters” (15 – Ein Jahresrückblick in Plakaten) in the Red Dot Design Museum Essen. Political happenings and personal experiences had a formative influence on the year 2015. In the exhibition, award-winning designers deal with this in a visual way. 26 creatives are featured, among them renowned designers such as Erik Spiekermann, Andreas Uebele and Fons Hickmann, to name but a few.
“15” honours the poster as a cultural property and is moreover dedicated to a good cause: All of the works will be sold in a limited edition. For domestic and abroad projects, the proceeds go to UNO-Flüchtlingshilfe.The posters cost 50 euros each and are available on-site in the Red Dot Design Museum’s shop or in the online shop at www.fuenfzehn.org from 29 January.
The benefit exhibition “15” is an initiative by ONEWORX from Essen, Germany.
