The exhibition "Milestones in Contemporary Design 2019" presents the 80 best products of the year – all awarded with a Red Dot: Best of the Best for highest design quality and groundbreaking design in their respective categories.

For the first time, the best products of a year will be shown in a special exhibition. This allows visitors to quickly gain a complete overview of the current milestones in product design. The 80 exhibits include products from Apple, Ducati, Ferrari, Hansgrohe, LG, Philips, Porsche and Robert Bosch Hausgeräte. They convinced the high-calibre award jury with products characterised by outstanding innovative strength, functionality and purist elegance.

Around 1,600 other products that won in the Red Dot Award: Product Design will also be on display in the special "Design on Stage 2019" exhibition on five floors of the Red Dot Design Museum, including furniture and lighting, children's toys and baby equipment, sports equipment and bicycles, robots and drones, vehicles and medical equipment - and, of course, a whole lot of products from the computer, smartphone and consumer electronics sectors. To convince themselves of the excellent quality of the objects, visitors can touch and try out many products.
